It's no secret that the coffee industry has some skeletons in the closet. Many "specialty" coffee roasters oversell the coffee they're roasting, and are unwilling to transparently describe the green coffee they purchase. This makes it difficult for consumers to decide which coffee is best for them, and ensure they're paying a fair price for their coffee.

On top of that, much of the coffee consumed in the United States comes from unethical sources, particularly with large corporations taking advantage of impoverished countries that produce the coffee. Many farms do not properly compensate their employees with a fair wage.

I do my best to purchase coffee through reputable sources who import coffee from ethical producers that price their coffee fairly and pay their farmers and staff a competitive local wage that allows them to live better lives.

I am committed to being as transparent as possible with you about the coffees I'm selling. I do this by providing you links to the original green coffee that I purchase. Those links (like the one in the image) provide you the exact same information I have on the green coffee I purchase.

These links include detailed cupping information on the coffee, the cost that I pay for the green coffee, and (usually) detailed information on the geographical location of the farms the coffee is grown at.

If you have any questions at all about the coffee I'm roasting, please do not hesitate to ask me on social media or at the contact information provided below.
